12 Weeks and no product or confirmation.

I placed an Order(78718) in November, and paid the same day, send them the proof of payment and received a mail confirmed I have paid. I is now 12 weeks later still I have no confirmation of my purchase delivery. I have send more than 10 mails and received one reply, to say they are sorry and look into it, and still I have no product nor do they want to pay back my money. Good luck if you want to do business with them.
