1 Year Anniversary on order which I still haven't received

Today marks my 1 year anniversary since I placed my order.... which I still have not received. I've been called once since my last post here on Hellopeter and there's been no other communications from them. I'm always the one that needs to contact them, and still I don't get any feedback. They make absolutely NO EFFORT for their customers. Please stay away.
