Terrible service!!!

I love how the Mango website states they offer “easy orders and returns” which is nowhere close to what I’m currently experiencing!!! They are so badly organized that it’s actually a joke. I keep emailing yet no response. I returned an item and now I’m sitting waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on?!?!
