******** of a note Mango Gateway

Oh the service at Mango clothing Gateway is just disgusting not to mention how they will **** you and blame it on you. I bought a jersey that was marked down FROM R700.00to R195.00 and for some reason the tag was not scanning(said the lady that was assisting me) she called her supervisor to assist. So there I was standing minding my own business and chatting to the friend that I was shopping with. Many Minutes later, they asked for my card and the waala payment was done, on my way home I realised that I had a transaction of R255.00 and I was scratching head trying to think where I spent R255 and guess what, it was at mango. I din't worry too much about it because one - it was already late(evening) and I thought I'll just go back during the cause of the week. When I got home I checked the slip vs price tag, the R195.00 sticker had been removed and only R255 was there, I could actually see traces of the sticker that was removed - SHOCKING. Today, I went back to the store to query this and get the difference back. The store cashier called me a **** and said that I had not proof. I showed her the tag and where the R195.00 sticker was and she started screaming, oh my word - that was the most embarrassing moment of my life. I asked to return the jersey and get my money back, she refused and said they don't take back items that are on sale. The attitude I got from the store, the treatment I felt like I had ****** a bank. So I drove 30km to claim for my difference or refund and I was chased out of the store like a ********. I've been a mango client for years now and I never thought that today i'd be writing such about Mango. I hope the Mango Gateway store goes on liquidation and shuts down very soon. I'm extremely dissapointed.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK...MANGO IS REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
