Refunds and Returns do not work - 3 months later still nothing

I purchased 4 items online, and requested a return for three of them. They acknowledged the request and the courier called to arrange collection but never arrived. I have logged numerous complaints on their website, sent numerous emails to them, called Spain on a number of occasions (there is no South African presence). They keep acknowledging my communications but the courier never calls to arrange collection. They have had my money since June!! It's the end of September and still nothing!

Don't buy from them online. There are numerous other complaints on Hello Peter with the same experience.
