REFUND TAKING FOREVER

Went to the mango store on the 07.02.2014 to get a refund and over 10 working days later, I am still waiting. What makes this so frustrating is that I cant even get a hold of the this store over the phone ***). The number just rings without response every time I try it, hence I resorted to this measure. The refund was done directly to my MasterCard cash/ debit card, and I wasn't advised the refund would take this long.
