Poor online shopping at mango

I will never shop mango online ever again. I bought a jacket 3 weeks ago I still haven’t received it. They keep sending clearance forms for me to fill in. In 2022 where shops like Zara who deliver within 2 days. There is Mango useless online shipping. I even don’t remember what the jacket I bought looked like. I’m so disappointed
