Misleading but ultimately successful purchase. Read before ordering from SA.

So you need to be aware that when you order from the mango ZA online store, it is not being fulfilled within SA. It is shipped internationally and the timelines and administration associated with that need to be considered. I don't think the site makes this clear enough in the user journey. I also did not have to do a return which I can imagine would be nothing short of impossible. However, if you are aware of this and accept that you are unlikely to be able to return anything, and you are happy to wait several weeks for your items to arrive and fill in customs forms then thats fine. I didn't pay any addition customs fees or anything, the courier company manage that (after giving them my life story in a customs form). But if you aren't sure of your sizes (which are very tricky if you haven't bought Mango before) then rather avoid this online store and visit one of the physical SA stores. Personally I love Mango jeans and was very happy with the order I placed with them that arrived successfully (albeit a few weeks after the order was placed). I would order again.
