Mango Clothing *****s from online shoppers

I purchased items to the value of R3500 from your online store at the end of October 2018. After they arrived, they didn't fit, so I promptly returned them as per your returns policy ("easy returne" you say...ha!!!) - the courier collected them from me on 21 November 2018. It is now TWO MONTHS later and I STILL don't have my refund. I email you regularly to follow up and I get no response - maybe one response to every five emails I send - and all you can say is that you're looking into it. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! PAY ME the money you owe me!
