MANGO CLOTHING ****

The website has a drop down that allows you to choose which country you want to shop from and it then takes you to a za site with Rand currency - hence creating the sense that it is an SA site with clothing in SA, the same as when you shop from Zara, Levis or any other big international brands in SA. It also says delivery is 5 - 7 days as with local stores. Only after paying you will receive an invoice stating London, UK. Then a few days later an email from Dawn Wing couriers to fill out customs forms and register with SARS as an importer because your clothing is coming from Barcelona Spain! The forms also ask you to sign as an employee. Seems very *******??? When you try to query, the only contact is a Spanish number or an automated query form from the website. They also do not accept cancellations, so you have to accept your order first, then return it and risk not getting your money back which I have sadly now read all over social media is very common with Mango.

Aside from this shop being a total ****, the courier Dawn Wing first told me the package was here and needs clearance, then when I asked how to fill out these forms because they are asking for information I don't have, I get a reply that the parcel is not here and I don't need to do anything. I have been emailing and calling for 10 days to get clarity and have received zero response from Mango or Dawn Wing.They don't even reply to social media posts.

Do not support either of these businesses!!
