Mango clothing

Mango is a ****. I had no idea as the website is so slick and its a well-known brand. I ordered Mango clothing online and the item was too small so I completed the form and returned it for a refund. The courier collected the item and it has been 3 weeks, and nothing. I have emailed customer care multiple times, via the email address given and via the website, but nothing. I will now be contacting the courier company and the freight department. They keep sending me stock emails that have nothing to do with my query at all. Do NOT purchase from Mango online. This has cost me a lot of money and I regret it :(
