Mango clothing disgusting service

Mango South Africa on line is a ****, I bought clothes on the 01/01/2024 on line only to find out that I was buying from United Kingdom and not South Africa, I received am email from the courier company that they are using DpDlaser with a form attached on it, the firm is too complicated to complete however completed the form and sent it, I have not received my order did a follow up with DpDlaser they are not responding to my email and not answering their phone, did a follow up with Mango they are telling to contact DpDlaser, I dont know what to do I'm sick and tired of them, their service is so disgusting, they dont care about their customers and will never buy from Mango clothing again
