i made my purchase online, tThen i was contacted by DP laser courier via email with duty forms to complete plus provide a copy of my identinty card , at first i was skeptical because, there was nothing mentioned online by Mango or on my account that i will be required to supply my identity documents and sign export duty forms. it turned out to be a legit process. the goods were delivered. i had to exchange one item, they offered free return, exchanged it, i had to complete the same forms as stated above and i received all in order. Mango in Spain customer service were very helpful to assure me and helped me get the exchange smooth.
