Mango basically stole my money

After 2 months Mango still hasn't picked up my order for returns and exchange. It took me 3 weeks and even 6 emails just to get a response from them. Since then it's been 2 weeks and still nothing?? MANGO BASICALLY TOOK MY MONEY and just ignored me.
