Lost package and no help

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. I live in SA and the package is being sent from the UK. After a week when I checked the progression, it said my package was canceled a week before. No one contacted me. I have been in contact with the delivery company and they have referred me to Mango but I am getting absolutely no response from them. I don't know if my package is still coming, their website doesn't offer any option for a refund and no one is responding to my queries. VERY FRUSTRATING!
