Incorrect Pricing

I went in to the Mango Gateway store to purchase a jumpsuit which was marked R1299. Whilst at the till I saw a shell bracelet marked down to R119, however it scanned at R199. The manager at the gateway store refused to give me the bracelet at the price that it was marked at. She said that it was human error that it had been marked incorrectly and by law she was not obliged to let me have the bracelet at the price that I had seen. I then decided to credit my purchase of R1299. I dont believe that I should be spending my money on this brand. The manager in my opinion has tarnished this brand over R80. Her decision making was poor. Is this the caliber of people you employ at management level?? You have lost a customer over R80!!!
