Exactly why mango’s atrocious service made them fail in South Africa

I ordered garments from mango online and after a few days I received a notification that my purchase was to be delivered in 2-6 working days. It’s been a month and I have had no help or indications from either mango or their courier company of choice, aramex. I asked for a ln estimated delivery date: no response. I asked for a refund: no response. Please do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money.
