DO NOT BUY FROM MANGO ONLINE

1) The order process does not inform you that the items are going to be shipped from outside SA.

2) The courier is making me fill in an application for an importers code.

3) Upon realising that its an international shipment, I browsed deeper into the help on the site, and the clothes cannot be returned to SA retail stores.

I had this very same experience with NEXT. If these companies would be more transparent that the shipments are international and that there are potential customs attached - in other words... be more ethical. They seem to go to lengths to hide it - to look like a South African store front when in reality there is no connection between the official retail store and the online one.
