cats fur acceptable on clothing not dogs fur

Attempted to exchange a pair of pants at the gateway branch. No size in the store referred to the manager to issue a credit note to await stock. Swing tag attached to garment, till slip provided. Specs of animal fur noted on garment and thus manager deems outfit inexchangeable - stating that she thought that it was cats fur and that would have been better than dogs fur. Offers to discuss with area manager- the garment would not be reviewed by said area manager- the store manager would relay the condition of the garment- which she has already deemed unsuitable for exchange. Rude, condescending- unacceptable
