Bad Quality Leather Jacket

I bought a leather Jacket from Mango Retail Store in Sandton City in February 2015. The colour of the jacket is fading. I requested a refund and they are refusing to give me a refund because I don't have a receipt. I didn't keep the receipt because I didn't know that the Leather Jacket will fade and this is six months later. <br> <br> A leather jacket is suppose to last a life time if it is of good quality. I've supp**** them with my bank statement with the amount of R2699 that went off and they still refuse to give me a refund.
