Avoid Mango clothing online purchases

Unfortunately even though I like Mango clothing, I have not had a good experience buying Mango online. I recieved my goods but the sizes were too big and wanted to return the items and this is when the problem started. I have been trying for weeks to arrange a return but the Mango system shows that my items haven't been delivered to me which they have been, weeks ago. I can't return them if I "haven't even got them". Writing in the Customer Services has been an ABSOLUTE waste of time, no joy at all. I highly recommend that people don't buy from Mango online, stick to Zara & Superbalist who have excellent return policies: easy to buy/easy to return. I will not buy from Mango online ever again!
