Unresolved Account Issue - UNRELIABLE SERVICE

I made monthly payments to Manati, who was supposed to pay HyperionDev in full. When I canceled with HyperionDev, Manati was to cancel the enrollment and refund a discounted amount. They agreed to this two months ago, and I was told finance was finalizing the process, yet my account still reflects on my credit score and hasn't been updated for three months.

This unresolved issue is affecting my credit score and hindering my life. Manati doesn't answer calls, account managers are unreachable, and there is no direct contact with the finance department. The website lacks useful contacts, making it frustrating to resolve anything.

All required documents, including cancellation letters and banking details, have been provided, but Manati refuses to provide proof of cancellation or a cancellation letter for the debt.

i would've appreciated someone there to address this issue immediately.
