Not worth it

I am so disappointed and beyond frustrated with this company. Firstly i was not told about the part that says they only pay monthly instalments to the institution and not the full amount. I didn’t read through my contract to note this specifically because I was excited that i will get to finish my qualification. Secondly, they haven’t paid the institution 4 months into the contract whereas i was told in the first month that they would pay before the month ends. Thirdly they keep on sending you messages via emails, WhatsApps and endless phone calls (of which if you don’t answer their call, they call any number they find on the contract to tell you to answer your phone and only for them to say ‘this is a reminder about your upcoming debit order’ i mean of course I know its a debit order. And one of their account manager was very disrespectful telling me how i am disrespectful to her when im telling her to stop calling people she don’t know because she can’t get hold of me. I regret being associated with this company because they are very good when it comes to asking for their money whilst they haven’t paid a single cent to my educational institution and this affects my financial standing with the institution. I might as well cancel with them and pay the institution myself. Poor performance and poor customer service
