This company offer student loans. It is unfortunately not a loan. You pay them and they don't pay the institution. The institution keeps on sending statements that is outstanding. When you query this you receice correspondence like this. Please note that the Manati student loan is in arrears, therefore the student is blocked and won't be able to return to the Educational Institution after their break, Please make an immediate payment and forward the proof, to unblock the student. one invoice and as per the Poppy Act, we are unable to forward the invoice And Good day Juan-Pierre Coetzee, Please note that Manati and the Educational Institution has a contractual agreement in place. This concerning as the loan amount interest is charged initially. So we pay and they don't pay?

This is sent by Janine Vos on whats app. Good day Jean,- Pierre Coetzee, I hope you’re well. Your Manati student loan is in arrears, and the student has been blocked from returning after the break. We’ve tried contacting you but haven’t heard back.
Please make the payment and send proof within to avoid further action. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we will post a reply on HelloPeter about your account.
Now I am not sure if she is going to post my statement but am waiting on this. I recall the POPIA act, but I might be wrong.
Bottom line is I have the statement from the institution my son is studying. Lets wait for an answer
