Unprofessional service and irresponsible sharing of employee confidential information.

We received an email from MIE to confirm employment for someone...however, instead of contacting us and asking us for our HR department information they just sent a mail with all the employee's confidential information to a random email address (probably found via a google search). This random email address is for our online shop and distributed to numerous people involved in our sales, call center and logistics processes..... so, now everyone has seen the employee's private and confidential information and obviously caused some staff to be curious about the email.

This is very unprofessional, and I am sure this goes against the agreed intended use of the employee's confidential information that they consented to.... In fact, it goes against what is stated on the MIE website as well "Employment is confirmed only with a company's Human Resource or Payroll Department".

I would suggest you train your Employment Risk "Specialists" before they get MIE into serious trouble with the Information Regulator.
