Unfair listing against my name
I'm struggling to get a resolution regarding a query that was logged in August of 2020 despite being told that this would be resolved in 20 days it's now almost 2021 and I have yet to have this being finalized

18 Dec 2020, 12:20MIE_***1_1 is my reference number I trust that from this they'll be able to pick up all the relevant details linked to this query as you can understand this is beyond frustrating to have this weighing negatively against my name impacting my livelihood which I feel should not even be there to begin with at this point I can only hope and pray that this gets resolved ASAP.
