Poor service, DO NOT USE!

Do not use them EVER!!! It took 3 months to do my academic transcripts and now I have to re-do them via the specific faculty at the university as the transcripts are incomplete, 'copied&pasted' from someone else's info and false as a whole. Six months after paying them I have nothing to show and wasted money and time to communicate with them.
