Poor Communication at the peral of its clients

I was forced to become a member of MIE when the previous service provider was bought over by them. I am an independent contractor that takes fingerprints for pre-employment screenings when and as requested by clients. During the training I received it was never explained that I need to submit fingerprints within a six month period; otherwise my service would be suspended. MIE definitely did not communicate this when they amalgamated with my previous service provider. Subsequently, I did not submit fingerprints within the past six months and when I wanted to access the service, my function was suspended. There was no prior communication from MIE warning me about this. I was not even informed that my function is suspended. In order to have my function restored, I must attend refresher training at a fee. This was also never communicated prior to this incident. All attempts from my side to resolve this matter with MIE fell on deaf ears, because they fail to see that there rested a onus on them to properly communicate this with me. They don't care about the loss of income this caused or the damage to my reputation, because I could not deliver on a service. The only thing they are interested in is to make money out of this situation and enrich themselves. I am truly disappointed in extremely the poor communication from MIE and the poor manner in which they handled this situation. I expected more.
