Poor administration by MIE
I opened an account with MIE. I could not get a signed copy from them.
Eventually, after several emails and telecons, they realized one of their representatives must also sign the documents. I am invoiced for services which were paid. They can't allocate the payments correctly to the applicable account.
I received a letter of demand and sent proof of payment. They can not get the corrections done right and send another letter of demand.
They are not reachable by phone and the call centre can not help. If they can not manage their admin how can one trust their service?
