PATHETIC SERVICE WITH CANCELLED CHECKS WITH NO REASON

Most pathetic service EVER!!! System not working, payments not going through (after 4 attempts!!!), and then the call centre calls are simply not answered. When you request for a call back, twice, after more than an hour, there are NO CALL BACK. Eventually, after more than an hour when you try to call again, they simply hang up on you. I will definitely explore options to rather use Lexis Nexis in future, this is PATHETIC!!!
