Not a company, a family

In a time where everything is urgent and needs to be done immediately, and facing the same troubles and issues as we all are, the staff remain friendly, helpful and efficient in what they do. I have been working with MIE for many years, been registered since 2012, and I have always been able to rely on them, from that "I am freaking out, I need it like yesterday", to the "I'm having a bad day, please help with this issue and tell me a nice story", the team has been there. Sometimes it even feels like I can just call to chat and they will be there. This is what customer service is about, and the best part of it all, they make you feel as though you are apart of their team. I am so glad to see that the service I had when I started with them, is getting better. Keep it up, cause working with you all is amazing!
