No urgency and absolutely no communication

Shocking and horrible experiences from MIE. No urgency and absolutely no communication. We are a recruitment agency and have to run numerous background checks on candidates for prospective employment. Which of course means the checks are requested urgently. When there is a delay or backlog there is just no feedback from them whatsoever. When you contact them the consultants are rude and makes it sound like they are doing us a favor. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND to anyone. If you can use another service provided, DO SO!
