MIE Transcripts Unimaginable Poor Service

This company's transcripts department does not even deserve a single star for the service they provided to us. I am not surprised when I read all the negative reviews out there. We too are suffering major financial loss as a direct consequence of their inability to perform a simple task. Even when given all the required information exactly as it should be processed, a particular employee remained unable to complete a simple form. We experienced the worst degree of incompetence one could possibly imagine. There is no excuse for such failure. If you advertise yourself as competent and a leader in your field of business, you are required to live up to those expectations and perform at that level. If you charge money for a service it is required that you complete the task you were paid to do within the time frame you had committed to, and in the correct manner. My advice would be to consider other reputable companies first for transcript verification.
