Managed Integrity Evaluation (MIE) - disgusting non existing service

We submitted a request for one of our director's qualifications some time ago. We have sent numerous emails to follow up and was eventually informed that we had made the incorrect payment and used the incorrect form, which we duly corrected by completing the form received and making an additional payment. Once again no further response to mails or requests. In the interim we have lost face with our client which was going to award a contract to us. This is disgusting non-existing service and MIE misuses their stature to destroy people's credibility or chances of work.
