Managed Integrity Evaluation BUT HAVE NO Integrity THEM SELF
Been unemployed for 4 years trying to find a job, I pass every stage up until background check. Never new why, always thought its because I'm not good enough. Now i have some one who want to employ me, but my background check keep failing on my education and I might lose this job opportunity. So I asked for a copy of the back ground check and now i see MIE again, the same with the previous interviews. I have been to education department, they helped and said every thing is all good on their side. Contacted MIE and they gave me Sumarie's email address to assist me. No answer. For a company that does Integrity check but have no Integrity them self, is like asking a blind man to perform eye surgery.

How can this company be entrusted with peoples futures ?
their back grounds even show I'm employed at a company called student, but i am unemployed. I have never sat foot in Amanzamtoti but according the them I live there, None of my previous employments show up.

We investigated this matter and I can confirm that your qualification verification is currently with the Department of Education to be verified. Please take note that MIE submits the verification requests to various institutions and are reliant on them to provide feedback. We were informed that the Department is currently experiencing delays.
Your initial request was submitted to Umalusi for verifications at the beginning of June, however they could not find any records. We then received your combined statement of results on the 20th of June and resubmitted to Umalusi. They could not find any records with the statement of results, because the new results were not uploaded on their system. Now as a third attempt we are at the Department of Education. We are doing everything we can to verify your request and are constantly in contact with the Department and have marked the request as urgent.
