Incompetency!!!

I'm highly agitated and beyond livid from 0 service I've been receiving for this past few days. I'm about to loose out on a lifetime opportunity due to inconsistency of non caring contact centre. Already made 2 ******** checks, first was in Dec on the 23rd, secondly the 13th of Jan all came with the same results "SAPS Verification Requested - Inconclusive - Possible identification on the SAPS fingerprint database and MIE is awaiting the final Report from SAPS"...... To date I have never received that "final report" which I was told it should be received immediate. I've been to SAPS, AFIS, LCRC,,, was even issued with fingerprint clearance certificate since there is nothing pending on their database "No illicit activity found" but MIE is stating otherwise. Sent numerous emails to mieinfo, the response always hits below the bar, more like a social chat with their acquaintance. Absolute incompetence!!!!
