FAILED PROMISES OF REFUND FOR MONTHS NOW

This company has **** and do not even keep their promises. My application was denied and I was promised a refund months ago because of a system malfunction even though I tried countless times to adhere to their demands. I'm very disappointed and disgusted about the treatment I've received and worse part, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I have sent countless emails, made calls and I still get the same nonsensical reply that it's being processed. I do not advise anyone to use this vetting company because all you will get is disappointment. I will continue to hound and do what I can until I get my refund due to me. Do they even think about what they putting customers through or they just don't care
