Dissapointing experience with MIE

No urgency and absolutely no communication I vetted 2 last candidates out of 67. I still have not received feedback, i have been calling and the lady by the name Carol was very rude and she actually hung up the phone. the other lady Marcia said she will get back to me and still havent. when i send a message i just receive an automated message saying theyll get back to me of which the havent.

Shocking and horrible experiences from MIE. No urgency and absolutely no communication. We are a recruitment agency and have to run numerous background checks on candidates for prospective employment. Which of course means the checks are requested urgently. When there is a delay or backlog there is just no feedback from them whatsoever. When you contact them the consultants are rude and makes it sound like they are doing us a favour
