Constructive criticism (Newton Park 2 branch)

Good day,

I hope this message finds you well. Today ( 12/10/2023) , I was booked for fingerprints verification in Newton Park 2 branch at 39a Pickering based in Gqeberha formerly known as Port Elizabeth. My appointment is for a 08:00, which I arrived on time though I struggled to find the building as there’s no visible signage.

Nonetheless, I arrived to a very unpleasant and cold reception with unpleasant business language. Please take note that I am not writing this out of anger but rather from a place of love and concern for the business image with the intent to give constructive criticism and I am not attacking the person but rather showing love and the path to great customer service.

As I mentioned, the usage of unpleasant language in customer service is unacceptable. The lady might have a particular way of how she conducts the process of fingerprints verification and that she’s very particular, that I truly understand. However, what she must note is that clients don’t know that , she then needs to thoroughly explain and have patience with positive language instead of being rude .

I would like to advise her or the aforementioned branch to work on customer service and be friendly and respectful to how they speak to clients. I’ve got nothing against her but rather her customer service, if I someone else I could have snapped on the treatment I received. I believe that she can change , I believe deep in her heart she find resolve and serve clients with dignity, love and compassion. With the world already cruel, let’s swallow up that with love , kindness and respect towards one another at any given. Love is the greatest command. Let’s spread love towards one another.
