Academic Transcripts

Very poor service. Timelines as stated on their terms and conditions are very inaccurate!! My transcripts were supposed to be sent to me within in 13 business days, but I only received them 40 business days later. They do not even inform you that your product is delayed, you have to call them. I understand that the university is the cause of the backlog, but MIE has been aware of this for a long time, so why not change the expected completion time on MIE's t&c?? This would surely help and not mislead your clients. Would not recommend their services to anyone and if someone is forced to use them like I was, I would recommend you give yourself at least 6 weeks for completion and not the 13 business days they claim.
