They must have stiched me wrong

On the 7th at 1:45 i had to go to the hospital due to labour pains..okey.. i delivered my baby at 4:20am.. due to the baby damaging my private part they had to give me stitches.. they discharged me on the 8th around 10:30.. My problem is that the stitches are not healing since and its been 2weeks now.. i bath twice a day with salt water as they instructed me to do.. but i feel pains now and then.. i cant even touch my p.part without feeling any pains.. no there must be something wrong.. i mean this is my second baby but i never experienced this with my 1st
