Terrible service at Mamelodi hospital

Very rude staff, not helpful at all, they shout on the phone and their attitude toward patients is disgusting.. The nurses working night shift are worse, the securities at the gate are horrible,no hot water at all for patients to bath in the morning.. That hospital needs to be closed because people there don't know what they are doing.
