During the ******* of our shop Mamba didn't provide the service we war paying for

Hello to everyone. I'm Kris Kanev from AK Solar Technologies in Edenvale 37 linksfield road Dowerglen. Last year 2023/09/27 our shop got broken in to around 01:30 at night I was called by Mamba and as I couldn't see anything on my security cameras and I couldn't not see my inverter online I told the person on the call with me from mamba to go and check the property as it's not normal for both not to be online. They did the check of the property and left a note of the time of inspection. After the security guy left there was one more call that I didn't hear as I had fallen a sleep. In the morning sales lady and my Wife got to our premises and discovered that our shop was EMPTIED. Mamba was called and SAPS Mamba came to our shop to investigate.

They found that the antenna that is supposed to be connected to The Mamba system was disconnected ( I'm sure that they should have a system to warn them of that ) Mamba sent a report

In the report from Mamba They are saying false Alarm False several times And that I didn't answer any of the calls to me ( I have a screenshot of the first call from them to me with the duration of 1 minutes and 36 seconds) The service that they war supposed to provide was not provided I lost over a million and half of stoke.

I then sent a letter to them that I hold them responsible for my losses and damages to our property. As we expected they would have business public liability cover but we war sent a letter from Mamba to say that they are not liable for our losses Surely they should have business public liability as they didn't render the service that we war paying for.

For anyone who is thinking of using Mamba They are useless they will try to find a way not to be held responsible for any of the damages to your business because they didn't do what they are getting paid for
