Mamba Security: Absolute Worst Experience – Destroyed My Property, Ghosted Us, and Zero Accountability! Rating: ⭐️ (1/2 Star - If I could give zero, I would.) If you are considering using Mamba Security to protect your property or neighborhood, do yourself a massive favor and look elsewhere. Based on my horrific firsthand experience, this company is a complete disaster when it comes to basic accountability, professional conduct, and corporate responsibility. Here is how Mamba Security treats innocent homeowners after one of their own company vehicles destroys your property: 1. The Crash and Unroadworthy Vehicles On 18 June 2026, a Mamba Group vehicle (Fleet K4, Registration: KW 52 FL GP, driven by ST Tembe) lost control and smashed straight through two sections of my residential perimeter wall in Bonaero Park, Kempton Park. Upon inspecting the vehicle immediately after the crash, it was obvious why the driver lost control: the tires were completely smooth (slick) and blatantly failed legal roadworthiness requirements. Mamba is operating unsafe, neglected vehicles on public residential roads, putting everyone at risk. 2. Gross On-Site Negligence (Tania and JP) When Mamba representatives "JP" and "Tania" arrived on the scene, the management of the situation was an absolute joke. Tania sorted out her staff, barked instructions for us to temporarily secure our yard and keep invoices, and then abruptly disappeared from the scene without providing an incident report, a case number, or any pathway for resolution. To make matters worse, I had to hunt down and track down Jonathan Hendricks contact details through external channels myself a disgraceful burden to place on a victim of their company's negligence. JP also promised a police case number that was never delivered. 3. Over a Month of Ghosting and Excuses It has now been well over a month (33+ days) since the incident. My property remains damaged, my yard exposed, and my household vulnerable. Despite me chasing them at least three times a week, we have been met with endless delays, excuses, and total silence. They bounced the file between Michelle Lewis, Grant Jones, and their brokers, eventually claiming an insurance entity called PVW Inc was appointed yet a full week after that notice, absolute silence from them too. An investigation into a cut-and-dried accident where their driver crashed into a wall with slick tires does not take over a month. 4. Attempting to Dodge Liability Mamba and their handlers expect the innocent homeowner to absorb the administrative nightmare and financial stress of their negligence, trying to stall and shift responsibility while refusing to settle the total repair costs of ZAR 12,072.00. They expect you to claim on your own insurance so your premiums go up, protecting their bottom line at your expense. Final Warning Mamba Security is quick to sell you security, but when their own driver drives through your wall on bald tires, they will completely abandon you, ignore your messages, and show total contempt for basic business ethics. Save yourself the headache, the safety risks, and the financial frustration. Do not use Mamba Security.

This company blocked my wife from one of the WhatsApp groups when my wife complained about poor service. We then recently discovered that they have a fee for pensioners and although they were aware that I have been a pensioner for over 4 years, they charged us more than double the fee for pensioners all this time. When we discovered this, we informed them on 09 September 2025 that we are cancelling our contract with them. The lady we informed, assured my wife that we will still be covered to END SEPTEMBER 2025 and that they will cancel the debit order. They attempted to keep us as a client with the reduced fee they charge pensioners. We declined. Now on the 1st October 2025, they deducted another full payment (not pensioner fee). When I queried this, they claimed we only cancelled on 25 September 2025 (which was the date when we declined their reduced fee). When that attempt did not work, they claimed they sent me a cancellation document on 25 September and that document was proof that I was aware of an applicable 1 month notice period. When I requested proof of the e-mail where that alleged document was sent, they could not provide it because such a document was never sent. So when this attempt did not work either, they ignored the fact that we were assured by one of their employees that the debit order would be cancelled and we would still have security cover until the end of SEPTEMBER (NOT OCTOBER) and claimed this one month notice period was part of the original contract. I have proof of all of this. So, beware!!!
