Worst service, I can't recommend them

This mama money app was recommended by someone I trust but I'm very disappointed with their service, I made a transfer from my bank to mama money app on Friday the 25th January and to my surprise the money does not appear on this app, I contacted support and spoke to a very friendly lady Sandiswa if Im not wrong who confirmed that the money was indeed appearing on the app but when I try to make a payment to someone it takes forever loading "we're processing your payment" it's been two days saying the same thing each time I try to make a payment. I'm very frustrated and I doubt I'll ever use it again because even when you contact them on their Whatsapp it takes them a good hour to respond to you and even that does little to ease the frustration. I'm so disappointed shame
