Very bad experience with Mama Money

There is no option for zero rating otherwise could have given. I made a deposit on the 5 Dec in morning and the funds are not showing on my account and the money was deducted from my bank account, when I follow up, I'm being told my query have not been resolved and whatsapp window close everytime. I have sent proof of payment, such a bad experience and inconvenience
