Unhappy client, false advertising

I am so disappointed by the service I’ve received with mama money. I sent R5000 to Nigeria using the app, I was under the impression that the money would reflect by 6pm the same day.

I received an sms this morning saying that the transaction is pending and is delayed. It’s now been 2 business days and the money has not yet reflected.

The only reason why I opted for this method of payment was because I needed the money to reflect that same day!!

I tried calling and I was kept on hold for over 15 minutes and then the call dropped I tried calling 3 times and the call dropped everytime. I also send an email and WhatsApp and got an automatic reply.

I want to be fully refunded.

I would never work this company again!!!!
