Uncleared payment

I created an order for Mama money on the 6th of June 2024 wish i paid and it says successful yet the recipient didnt received the money. i waited till 8th June yet the money didnt get to the recipient. how frustrating i called Mama money call center and they referred me to their whatsapp channel to submit my proof of payment and recipient bank statement wish i did. I was told they will call me back and i didnt receive a call from them and everyday i keep calling yet nothing has been done and all they keep saying is they are working on it and they will call me back. today is 19th of June yet nothing. please i need a refund this is becoming like ****😭
