Transaction Pending for the past 4 days!

For 4 days now, the same message: "You transaction is still pending, it will be processed shortly"... is all I've been getting. For a legitimate financial transaction institution, this is worst I have seen. The money was meant for an urgent need. Till now it's yet to be delivered. Am very disappointed.
