THE MOST USELESS APP EVER

I have a family member in DRC I send him Money so that he can purchase his chronic medication, the money is still not received 24 hour later, I asked Mama Money to return my money so that I can find other ways to sent it they don't want to. They say there has been technical issues which the never communicated to us. IF MY FAMILY MEMBER DIES IT IS MAMA MONEY's FAULT
